How It Works?

You can manage your Responsible Gaming settings in your Player Profile.

Deposit Limit:

Players can set their desired deposit limit by choosing from Daily, Weekly, or Monthly options.

Example:

If you set a daily limit of $15.00, you’ll only be able to deposit up to $15.00 per day until the selected end date.

To set or change your limit, you’ll need to provide:

    • Duration
    • Reason
    • Start Date
    • End Date (or choose “Indefinite” for no end date)
    • Your account password is required to confirm the change

Important Notes:

    • If you lower your deposit limit, it will take effect immediately.

    • If you increase your deposit limit, the new limit will take effect 24 hours after the change.

Time-Out Game Play

Time-Out Game Play allows you to block access to all games for a chosen period.

This is a non-revocable limit, which means:

    • Once you set it, it cannot be changed.

    • This will block access to all games on the website. After logging out, you will not be able to log back in until the specified end date.

    • You cannot shorten the selected time-out period.

Important Notes:

    • The time-out is applied based on the End Date.

    • You can only extend the period, not reduce it.

    • All changes must be confirmed with your password.
